Fluoroplastic Belts Our high quality fabrics (using fluoroplastic coating) are used to create belts ideal for light conveyance and a variety of uses. These belts are primarily used in the food production process, but are also suited to textiles, building materials, plastics, ceramics and many other types of manufacturing and production work.


Characteristics

Heat resistance
-These resin belts are fashioned to have the highest level of heat resistant properties. At extreme low temperatures the belt also performs well, making these belts useful for a variety of uses in a very wide range of temperature exposure.

Non-adhesive quality
-The surface of the belts has excellent non-adhesion properties. Consequently, these belts are ideal for use in conveyer lines for particularly sticky items.

Dimensional stability
-Being of excellent machining, even when exposed to a high temperature range, the dimensions and integrity of these belts remains stable.

Conforming food sanitation act
-Conforming to the specification standards of food and additives ( Ordinace No.370 of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in 1959 )

On-site building and maintenance
-Expert staff with vast experience performs on-site building as well as minute follow up maintenance.
