Fluoroplastic copper clad laminates

Fluoroplastic copper clad laminates These are fluoroplastic coated glass cloth and fluoroplastic sheet laminate. One side is embedded with electrolytic copper foil using a special heat setting process. The result is a heat resistant laminate with excellent dielectric properties. Primarily used in print substrate wiring for high frequency ranges.

Special characteristics

  • -Stable dielectric constant over a wide range of frequency.
  • -Low dissipation factor in the high frequency band.
  • -Excellent tracking resistance.
  • -Superior low water absorption throughout the substrate.
  • -Remains stable through a wide range of temperatures. (actual results from continuous use at 220℃)

Uses

Cellular phone base board antenna/ satellite broadcasting parabola antenna/ artificial satellite on board machinery/ satellite communications systems/ ETC (continuous automated highway toll collection system)/ AHS (automated cruise-assist highway system)/ WLL (regional wireless communications networks)/ CPU/ advanced measurement machinery and tools/ and various other uses.

Grade information

CGP-500 series
With outstanding peel strength, water absorption rate and through-hole workability, this is an excellent standard grade product.

CGS-500 series
Comparable with the CGP series, with improvements in dielectric constant and dissipation factor.

CGN-500 series
With dielectric loss at less than half of the CGP series, outstanding performance is displayed at 20GHz and up.

CGA-500 series
This grade can support mass production use while maintaining high frequency characteristics.

CGH-500 series
Due to an equal general substrate and dielectric constant, but with a lower dissipation rate; in the same design lower loss circuitry can be obtained.

CGK-500 series
With a high dielectric constant, we created a small, lightweight, low-loss, and highly functional circuit.
