A silicon rubber is attached to one side of Fluoroplastic film, or fluoroplastic coated glass cloth making for excellent cushioning. With LCD, PDP, EL production, this is a heat resistant, re-useable, removable sheet.
Use
Glass substrate (panel) molding process, TAB pressurized adhesion process by AFC, and others.
