Care&Solution

Delivering our customers the ultimate satisfaction.

Problem solving

At Chukoh, we have proven ourselves through the years in the field of high-performance polymer production, but manufacturing products does not cut to the essence of our work. Our fluoroplastics and silicon polymers are quite simply a means to a purpose: To put ourselves in the customer’s shoes and provide better service satisfaction through effective and advanced solutions. It is this positive and simple approach that embodies our basic customer service philosophy. Using this ideology as a starting point, we pride ourselves on our unique ability to discover problems and provide real solutions. At Chukoh, we are ever driven to provide unparalleled service and build our merit as a solution oriented company.

Our work is fun

Of course that is not to say that we don’t take our work seriously, but that we take pride in enjoying our work. The satisfaction and smiles we bring our customers through consistently efficient and effective solutions is our joy. Problem solving is what we do. Here at Chukoh, one might say it’s in our DNA. It is the mission of each of our managers to embrace, develop and propagate this attitude in the workplace. We believe that the true strength of our company lies in this philosophy.

Expanding worldwide service

With customer service and satisfaction at the heart of our work, we have consistently extended this philosophy into the manufacture of reliable and highly functional products. Not only have we made advancements in a variety of markets including tapes, belts, tubes, molded products and car air bag materials, but also the market for our construction use membrane material, “Skytop”, has extended far beyond Asia; from Europe to South Africa. We are proud to say it is the quality of our products and our eagerness to create realistic and professional solutions that has been winning over customers internationally.
